Job Orders need to include:
- Estimated Start Date
- Number of Openings
- Position title
- Job Description
- When would a good time be for one of our account managers to come and get a feel for the culture?
- Length of assignment
- Anticipated salary or salary range if contract-to-hire
- Client’s target interview date (day & time)
- Anticipated overtime?
- Any mandatory clearances? i.e.: drug tests, credit checks, background checks, etc.
- Whether or not client has spoken with any other firms about this position
- Possibility of client granting Future Link a 24-hour exclusive for a reduced fee
